2. דיווח של ועדה מחוזית
יושב ראש ועדה מחוזית –
(1)יעביר אחת לחודש את הדיווחים שנתקבלו מאת הועדות המקומיות שבמחוז לשר הפנים או למי שהשר הסמיכו לכך (להלן – השר);
(2)ידווח אחת לחודש לשר על בניה שלא כדין שנעשתה בתחום המחוז במקומות שבהם הבניה אסורה לפי התכניות החלות בהן; דיווח כאמור יכלול את הפרטים הנקובים בתקנה 1(ב).
