3. דיווח על פי דרישה מיוחדת
(1)רשאי יושב ראש ועדה מחוזית לדרוש מיושב ראש ועדה מקומית דיווח על בניה שלא כדין שנעשתה במרחב התכנון המקומי לגבי מקומות ובמועדים שיפורטו בדרישה;
(2)רשאי השר לדרוש מיושב ראש ועדה מחוזית דיווח על בניה שלא כדין שנעשתה במחוז לגבי מקומות ובמועדים שיפורטו בדרישה.
(ב)דיווח כאמור בתקנה זו יכלול את הפרטים הנקובים בתקנה 1(ב).
