33. שפה נוספת בשלטים, וסטייה קלה
(א)ראש הרשות המקומית רשאי, בהתחשב באוכלוסייה המבקרת במקום הרחצה המוכרז, להוסיף בשלטים לפי התוספת הרביעית, בהתייעצות עם מנהל החופים, שפה נוספת על העברית והערבית.
(ב)סטייה קלה מצורתו של שלט מסוים המופיע בתוספת הרביעית, צבעו, סימונו, גודלו או אופן הצבתו – שאין בה כדי לשנות מתוכנו – לא תגרע מתוקפו.
