34. חובת דיגום
ראש הרשות המקומית ידאג לדיגום ולבדיקת מי הים במקום רחצה מוכרז כדי לוודא שמי הים אינם מזוהמים ואינם מסכנים את שלום הציבור, פעם בשבוע בעונת הרחצה ופעם בחודש שלא בעונת הרחצה.
