35. מיתקני תברואה
בלי לגרוע מהוראות כל דין, במקום רחצה מוכרז יותקנו –
(1)ברזי מים לשתייה;
(2)פחי אשפה;
(3)בתי שימוש;
(4)ברזי מים לשטיפת רגליים;
(5)מקלחות פתוחות;
והכול במספר מספיק בהתחשב בשטח מקום הרחצה המוכרז ובהיקף האוכלוסייה המבקרת במקום הרחצה המוכרז, ובאופן שייתן מענה ויבטיח את השמירה על בריאות הציבור.
