5. השתלמות בעזרה ראשונה למציל
(א)לא ישמש אדם מציל במקום רחצה, אלא אם כן עבר השתלמות בעזרה ראשונה, לפי חלק א׳ לתוספת השלישית וקיבל אישור על כך.
(ב)מציל שעבר השתלמות כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), יידרש כל שנה בטרם תחילת עונת הרחצה, לעבור השתלמות רענון בעזרה ראשונה לפי חלק ב׳ לתוספת השלישית; לא ישמש מציל אלא אם כן בידו אישור על הכשרה כאמור לפי טופס האישור שבחלק ג׳ לתוספת השלישית.
