10. הסכם בוררות ובקשה לסעד זמני מבית משפט
הגיש צד בקשה לסעד זמני לבית משפט, לפני תחילת הליך הבוררות או במהלכו, לא יראו הגשת בקשה כאמור או מתן סעד זמני במועד כאמור בידי בית המשפט מעשה שאינו מתיישב עם הסכם הבוררות; בסעיף זה –
”בית משפט“ – לרבות בית משפט זר;
”סעד זמני“ – לרבות סעד דומה במהותו שנתן בית משפט זר.
