11. מספר הבוררים
(א)הצדדים רשאים לקבוע את מספר הבוררים בהרכב הבוררים.
(ב)הסכימו הצדדים על מספר הבוררים גם בהסכם ביניהם וגם באמצעות הפניה לכללי הבוררות שיחולו על הסכסוך, יגברו הוראות ההסכם, אלא אם כן נקבע בכללי הבוררות כי הם גוברים על הסכמת הצדדים.
(ג)באין הסכמה כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), ימנה הרכב הבוררים שלושה בוררים.
