23. הוצאות ופיצויים
קבע הרכב הבוררים, לאחר מתן סעד זמני, שבנסיבות העניין לא הייתה הצדקה למתן הסעד, יישא המבקש בכל ההוצאות הנובעות מהסעד הזמני וכן בתשלום פיצויים בשל כל נזק שנגרם לצד כלשהו עקב מתן הסעד הזמני; הרכב הבוררים רשאי לפסוק הוצאות ולהורות על תשלום פיצויים כאמור בכל שלב בהליך הבוררות.
