36. סיוע מבית המשפט בגביית ראיות
(א)הרכב הבוררים וכן צד להליך הבוררות, באישור הרכב הבוררים, רשאים לבקש מבית המשפט סיוע בגביית ראיות.
(ב)בית המשפט רשאי להיענות לבקשה ולסייע בגביית הראיות, בהתאם לסמכויותיו לפי כל דין.
