39. הסדר
(א)הגיעו הצדדים להסדר המיישב את הסכסוך ביניהם, במהלך הליך הבוררות, יפסיק הרכב הבוררים את ההליך; לבקשת הצדדים, ייתן הרכב הבוררים פסק בוררות לפי נוסח ההסדר (להלן – פסק בוררות מוסכם), אלא אם כן מצא טעם שלא לעשות כן.
(ב)פסק בוררות מוסכם ייערך בהתאם להוראות סעיף 40 ויצוין בו כי הוא פסק בוררות; יראו פסק בוררות כאמור כפסק בוררות שניתן לגופו של הסכסוך, לכל דבר ועניין.
