38. קבלת החלטות על ידי הרכב בוררים
מנה הרכב בוררים יותר מבורר אחד, יתקבלו החלטותיו ברוב דעות חבריו, אלא אם כן הסכימו הצדדים אחרת; ואולם הבורר שהוא יושב ראש ההרכב רשאי להכריע בעניינים הנוגעים לסדרי דין ודיני ראיות, אם הצדדים או כל החברים האחרים בהרכב הסמיכו אותו לכך.
