4. סמכות להסדיר חניית רכב
(א)המנהל רשאי, לאחר שקיבל את הסכמת המפקח על התעבורה, לאסור, להגביל ולהסדיר את העמדתו של רכב או סוג מסויים של רכב במסוף ולקבוע מקומות חניה במסוף שבהם תהיה החניה מותרת לרכב או לסוג מסויים של רכב, בין בתשלום ובין ללא תשלום.
(ב)המנהל רשאי לקבוע את הימים, השעות והתקופות שבהם מותרת החניה במקומות החניה, ואת מספר כלי הרכב המותר לחניה בבת אחת במקום החניה.
