המנהל יסמן מקום חניה וכל איסור הגבלה או הסדר שנקבע לפי סעיף 4, בתמרור מתאים, לאחר שנועץ במפקד יחידת המשטרה באיזור שבו נמצא המסוף או בנציגו.
