4. תחולה
הוראות חוק זה יחולו על תביעה נגד מבצע מעשה טרור, מתגמל טרור או נגד מי שחבותו נקבעה לפי סעיפים 12 עד 14 לפקודת הנזיקין בקשר למעשה טרור שטרם התיישנה או שהייתה תלויה ועומדת ערב תחילתו של חוק זה.
