11. הפסקת חברות
(א)ראה קצין משטרה בכיר שהסמיכו לכך מפקד המשמר, כי חבר המשמר חדל להיות מתאים לשמש במשמר משום שחדלו להתקיים בו התנאים כמפורט בתקנה 3, כולם או מקצתם, או מטעם אחר שיירשם, רשאי הוא להודיע לחבר המשמר על הפסקת חברותו במשמר לצמיתות או לתקופה שיקבע.
(ב)מתנדב שקיבל הודעה כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) יהיה רשאי לערער עליה לפני מפקד המשמר והחלטתו של המפקד תהיה סופית.
