6. שמירת סמכויות
אין בהוראות חוק זה כדי לגרוע מהסמכויות המפורטות להלן, אלא כדי להוסיף עליהן:
(1)הסמכויות הקבועות בחוק התקשורת;
(2)הסמכויות הקבועות בחוק סמכויות באינטרנט;
(3)הסמכויות הקבועות בפקודת הטלגרף;
(4)סמכותו של צנזור;
(5)סמכות אחרת למניעת פרסום לפי כל דין.
