7. תוקף
תיקון: תשפ״ד, תשפ״ה, תשפ״ה־2
חוק זה יעמוד בתוקפו עד יום י׳ בכסלו התשפ״ו (30 בנובמבר 2025) או עד מועד סיום תוקפה של ההכרזה על מצב מיוחד בעורף, או עד לסיום הפעולות הצבאיות המשמעותיות, לפי המוקדם שבהם.
תוקף ההכרזה על מצב מיוחד בעורף הסתיים לאחר יום ו׳ בחשוון התשפ״ו (28 באוקטובר 2025).
