8. ביטול מגבלות עקב זיכוי פעיל טרור
(א)זיכה בית משפט פעיל טרור שהוטלו עליו מגבלות בצו לפי סעיף 3, בטלות המגבלות שהוטלו עליו בצו, ובית המשפט יורה על ביטולו.
(ב)בסעיף זה, ”זיכה“ – לרבות מי שבית משפט קבע כי לא הוא ביצע את העבירה.
