9. ביצוע ותקנות
שר המשפטים ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה והוא רשאי, באישור הוועדה לביטחון לאומי של הכנסת, להתקין תקנות בכל עניין הנוגע לביצועו, ובין השאר בעניינים האלה:
(1)הדרכים והמועדים להגשת בקשה להטלת מגבלות, בקשה לערעור, ערר או בקשה לעיון חוזר;
(2)הדרך והמועד ליידוע הגורמים המנויים בסעיף 3(א) בדבר הגשת בקשה להטלת מגבלות;
(3)דרכי פעולתו, שכרו והוצאותיו של מומחה.
