5. הכשרה מקצועית לתומך מתנדב
תוכנית הכשרה מקצועית לתומך מתנדב תהיה תוכנית של חמש שעות לימוד לפחות שיערוך האפוטרופוס הכללי או מי מטעמו; התוכנית תכלול, בין השאר, את הנושאים האלה:
(1)זכויות של אנשים עם מוגבלות ואזרחים ותיקים;
(2)תפקידו של תומך, לרבות היבטים משפטיים ואתיים ועיקרי הדין הנוגעים בעניין;
(3)דרכי ביצוע תפקידו של תומך.
