4. פדיון
(א)טבי־הדולר ייפדו בעשרה שיעורים שנתיים שווים ורצופים בתקופת ששת החדשים האחרונים של כל שנה החל מתקופת ששת החדשים המסתיימת ביום ל׳ בכסלו תש״כ (31 בדצמבר 1959). מועד הפדיון, בתוך התקופות האמורות, ייקבע על ידי שר האוצר.
(ב)פדיון כל שיעור שנתי יהיה דרך הגרלה, או דרך רכישה בשוק החפשי, של חלק עשירי מסך־כל טבי־הדולר שהוצאו, או מקצתו בדרך אחת ומקצתו בשניה.
