5. קביעת המטבע לתשלום הקרן והריבית
כל עוד קיימת על פי החוק הגבלה על השימוש החפשי בדולרים (מטבע ארצות הברית של אמריקה) בישראל, ישולמו סכומי הקרן והריבית של טבי־הדולר במטבע ישראלי, לפי שער חליפין לדולרים שיהיה נהוג במועד הנועד לפדיון, אצל מי שמורשה כחוק לעסוק במסחר בדולרים.
