37. חיבור מד מים משויך לחקלאות – התקנת מז״ח
בעל רישיון לא יחבר מד מים משויך לחקלאות למערכת המים אלא אם כן התקיימו הוראות תקנות 3, 5 ו־7 לתקנות בריאות העם (התקנת מכשיר מונע זרימת מים חוזרת), התשנ״ב–1992 (להלן בסעיף זה – תקנות המז״ח), או ניתן פטור מחובת התקנת מז״ח כהגדרתו בתקנות המז״ח, לפי תקנה 4 לתקנות המז״ח.
