תיקון: תשפ״ו
על חיוב בעל רישיון לפי כללים אלה, על ריבית פיגורים, הסדר תשלומים והחזר תשלום יתר יחולו, לפי העניין, סעיפים 31, 32 ו־35 לכללי תאגידי מים וביוב (אמות מידה לשירות), התשע״א–2011, ויקראו את אותם סעיפים כאילו במקום ”לחברה“ נאמר ”לבעל הרישיון“.
