80. תשלום בעד ביקור סרק
לא אפשר צרכן לנציג בעל הרישיון לבקר בחצריו לאחר שתואם עימו ביקור, רשאי בעל הרישיון לחייבו בתעריף הקבוע לביקור בסעיף 14 לכללי תעריפי מועצות אזוריות ובפרט (8) בתוספת השנייה לכללי תעריפי תאגידים, ובלבד שהצרכן לא הודיע מבעוד מועד על ביטול הביקור.
