81. משלוח הודעות
(א)בעל רישיון ישלח לצרכן את החשבון התקופתי והודעות אחרות לכתובת הנכס שאליו נוגע החשבון התקופתי, ואם מסר הצרכן כתובת שונה לצורך משלוח דברי דואר – לכתובת שמסר.
(ב)צרכן רשאי לשנות את הכתובת לצורך משלוח דברי דואר, בכל עת, באמצעות מתן הודעה בכתב לבעל הרישיון.
