82. אמצעי משלוח אלקטרוני
(א)בעל רישיון רשאי לשלוח לצרכן את החשבון התקופתי והודעות אחרות באמצעי משלוח אלקטרוני, אם הצרכן נתן את הסכמתו לכך שהם ישלחו באופן זה חלף משלוח בדואר.
(ב)צרכן רשאי לבטל את הסכמתו למשלוח החשבון התקופתי והודעות אחרות באמצעי משלוח אלקטרוני, בכל עת, באמצעות מתן הודעה בכתב לבעל הרישיון.
