93. שפת המידע
(א)המידע יפורסם בשפה העברית, ואולם אם רוב צרכניו של בעל הרישיון דוברי ערבית, יפורסם המידע גם בשפה הערבית.
(ב)בעל רישיון רשאי לתרגם את הפרסומים או את חלקם לשפות נוספות, בשים לב לשפה שבה מדברת האוכלוסייה שהוא משרת.
