94. דרכי הפנייה לבעל רישיון
בעל רישיון יפרסם את דרכי הפנייה אליו, לרבות כל אלה:
(1)כתובת ושעות קבלת קהל בכל אחד ממרכזי קבלת הקהל של בעל הרישיון;
(2)מספר הטלפון ושעות המענה במוקד השירות הטלפוני;
(3)כתובת דואר אלקטרוני ומספר פקסימילה, אם יש מספר כאמור, למשלוח פניות.
