10. תוקף
תקנות אלה יעמדו בתוקפן כל עוד קיימת יתרה לתשלום פיצוי לפיהן מהיקף של 100 מיליון שקלים חדשים בתוספת סכומים שמתקבלים מקביעת מכסות לפי סעיף 32א לחוק; הודעה על מיצוי היתרה לתשלום הפיצוי כאמור בתקנה זו כך שהוא מביא לפקיעת תוקפן של תקנות אלה, תוך ציון מועד המיצוי כאמור, תפורסם על ידי המנהל הכללי של המשרד ברשומות ובאתר האינטרנט של המשרד בסמוך למועד הפקיעה.
