Section 9 of תקנות המועצה לענף הלול (פיצוי לבעלי מכסות אישיות לייצור ביצי מאכל) (הוראת שעה), התשפ״ד–2024, מועד תשלום הפיצוי.
9. מועד תשלום הפיצוי
פיצוי לפי תקנות אלה ישולם באמצעות המועצה בתוך 90 ימים מהמועד שבו הודיעה לה ועדת הפיצויים כי בעל המכסה עומד בתנאים הקבועים בתקנה 8(א), ובלבד שהזכאות לפיצוי לא פקעה כאמור בתקנת משנה (ב) לתקנה האמורה.
