Section 2 of תקנות המועצה לענף הלול (פיצוי לבעלי מכסות אישיות לייצור ביצי מאכל) (הוראת שעה), התשפ״ד–2024, היקף מכסה אישית המזכה בפיצוי.
2. היקף מכסה אישית המזכה בפיצוי
(א)היקף המכסה המזכה בעל מכסה בפיצוי לפי תקנות אלה יהיה המכסה האישית שנקבעה לו, למעט תוספת מכסה.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א), היקף המכסה המזכה בעל מכסה בפיצוי אם מתקיים האמור בתקנה 7(ג)(2), הוא כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) או 2 מיליון ביצים, לפי הנמוך שבהם.
