3. סכום הפיצוי
סכום הפיצוי שלו זכאי בעל מכסה שהודיע כי הוא מוותר על מכסתו, הוא 1.62 שקלים חדשים לביצה הכלולה בהיקף המכסה המזכה לפי תקנה 2, ואם נקבעה לו מכסה כמגדל חדש בשנת 2014 או לאחריה – 0.75 שקלים חדשים לביצה כאמור.
