1. הגדרות
בצו זה –
”ארגון הסחר העולמי“ – ארגון הסחר שהוקם בהסכם שנחתם במרקש ביום 15 באפריל 1994;
”ביצוע חוץ“ – ביצוע אשר בוצע במדינה חברה;
”מדינה חברה“ – מדינה שהיא חברה בארגון הסחר העולמי;
”רישמת קול“ – כהגדרתה בצו זכות יוצרים (אמנה להגנת יצרני רישמות קול), התשל״ח–1978.
