4ג. פטור לנותן שירותי תשלום שהוא מנפיק אמצעי תשלום
(הוראת שעה עד יום 6.6.2027):
(א)חובת הרישיון לפי סעיף 2(א) לחוק לא תחול על מי שעוסק בהנפקת אמצעי תשלום שמתקיימים בו התנאים שנקבעו בהתאם להוראות לפי סעיפים 48(ב) ו־54(ב) לחוק שירותי תשלום, כנוסחן ערב פרסום תקנות אלה, בנותנו שירות תשלום מסוג ניהול חשבון תשלום והנפקת אמצעי תשלום כאמור הקשור לאותו חשבון תשלום, בין שהוא סולק את פעולות התשלום שנעשו באותו אמצעי תשלום ובין שלאו.
