10. התקשרות בעסקאות
לשם ביצוע תפקידי הרשות לחקירה בטיחותית כאמור בחוק זה, מורשה מנהל הרשות, יחד עם חשב הרשות לחקירה בטיחותית, לייצג את הממשלה בעסקאות כאמור בסעיפים 4 ו־5 לחוק נכסי המדינה, התשי״א–1951, למעט עסקאות במקרקעין, ולחתום בשם המדינה על מסמכים הנוגעים לעסקאות כאמור.
