5. תנאי סף
תיקון: תשפ״ו
סכום תקצוב נוסף בעד ביצוע פעילות למניעת שחיקה יחולק לבית חולים, ובלבד שיתקיימו כל אלה:
(1)בית החולים מינה מקרב עובדי המוסד ממונה שחיקה מוסדי, והעביר את פרטיו למשרד הבריאות;
(2)בית החולים העביר למשרד הבריאות דיווח בדבר מספר העובדים בבית החולים;
(3)בית החולים הגיש עד סוף חודש נובמבר 2025 תוכנית פעילות למניעת שחיקה לשנת 2026.
