6. דיווח
תיקון: תשפ״ו
בית החולים יגיש לממונה על התוכנית הלאומית למניעת שחיקה במשרד הבריאות דיווח על ביצוע הפעילות למניעת שחיקה כפי שהורה לו, הכולל את כל אלה:
(1)תוצאות ביצוע הפעילות, כפי שמדד וסיכם בית החולים;
(2)סוג העובדים שהשתתפו בפעילות;
(3)עמדה לעניין הקשיים ביישום הפעילות, ולאופן שבו בית החולים פתר או מתכוון לפתור אותם.
