22א. העברת מידע ממאגר החיסונים הלאומי
תיקון: תשפ״ד
(א)בלי לגרוע מהוראות חוק זה, משרד הבריאות יעביר למקבל מידע, לפי הוראות סעיף 11, מידע ממאגר החיסונים הלאומי שהוקם לפי סעיף 65ב1 לפקודת בריאות העם.
(ב)על העברת מידע כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) יחולו ההוראות לפי חוק זה, ויראו את משרד הבריאות לעניין מאגר החיסונים הלאומי כמקור מידע.
