22ב. הצגת כלל המידע הרפואי על אודות חייל
תיקון: תשפ״ה
(א)חיל הרפואה יאפשר לחייל שירות של הצגת כלל המידע הרפואי על אודותיו לפי הוראות סעיף קטן (ב), באופן דיגיטלי באזור האישי של החייל באתר האינטרנט של חיל הרפואה, למעט מידע שנקבע בנוהל לפי סעיף 12(ב)(3).
(ב)מידע שהועבר לחיל הרפואה לפי חוק זה יוצג כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), ובלבד שהועבר למטרת הצגתו, והכול בהתאם לרשימת מקורות המידע המנוהלת לגבי החייל במערכת לניהול הרשאות הגישה כאמור בסעיף 17(ב).
