4. התקשרות עם מעבדה
לשם עריכת בדיקה גנטית לדגימות DNA שניטלו לפי הוראות סעיף 3, תתקשר רשות מקומית שהקימה מאגר DNA מקומי לכלבים, עם מעבדה שהוסמכה לעניין זה על ידי הרשות הלאומית להסמכת מעבדות; בסעיף זה –
”מעבדה“ – למעט מעבדה כהגדרתה בסעיף 36 לפקודת בריאות העם, 1940;
”הרשות הלאומית להסמכת מעבדות“ – הרשות הלאומית להסמכת מעבדות שהוקמה לפי חוק הרשות הלאומית להסמכת מעבדות, התשנ״ז–1997.
