5. שימוש במידע גנטי ובמאגר DNA מקומי לכלבים
(א)נמצאו גללים של כלב ברשות הרבים בתחומה של רשות מקומית שהקימה מאגר DNA מקומי לכלבים, תהיה הרשות המקומית רשאית להשתמש במאגר האמור ובמידע הגנטי שבו כדי לאתר את בעלי הכלב.
(ב)לא יעשה אדם שימוש בדגימת DNA ששימשה לבדיקה גנטית או בתוצאותיה אלא למטרה שלשמה ניטלה בלבד.
