2. יום בריאות הנפש
(א)מדי שנה, ביום 10 באוקטובר, המועד שבו מצוין יום בריאות הנפש העולמי, יצוין בישראל יום בריאות הנפש (בחוק זה – יום בריאות הנפש).
(ב)חל יום בריאות הנפש ביום חג, מנוחה או שבתון, או ביום זיכרון או ציון ממלכתי, או ביום שלפני אחד הימים כאמור, יצוין יום זה ביום החול הראשון שאחרי אותו יום.
