25. שינוי התוספות
(א)השר, באישור הוועדה, רשאי לשנות, בצו, את התוספת הראשונה.
(ב)השר לביטחון לאומי, לאחר התייעצות עם השר ושר המשפטים, רשאי לשנות, בצו, את התוספת השנייה.
