26. כללים לעניין רשויות הביטחון
(א)ראש הממשלה רשאי, לאחר התייעצות עם הממונה על יישומים ביומטריים ובאישור הוועדה ליישומים ביומטריים, לקבוע כללים לעניין סעיף 16(ב) ו־(ג) (בחוק זה – הכללים).
(ב)הכללים חסויים וגילוים או פרסומם אסור.
(ג)הכללים אינם טעונים פרסום ברשומות או פרסום פומבי אחר.
(ד)אופן שמירתם של כללים שלא פורסמו לפי הוראות סעיף קטן (א), לרבות הגדרת סיווגם והפצתם, ייקבע בכללים.
