11. החלת דינים על חברי המועצה
חברי המועצה שאינם עובדי המדינה, דינם, בפעולתם כחברי המועצה, כדין עובדי המדינה לעניין חיקוקים אלה ולעניין פעולותיהם במועצה:
(1)חוק שירות הציבור (מתנות), התש״ם–1979;
(2)חוק העונשין, התשל״ז–1977 – ההוראות הנוגעות לעובדי הציבור;
(3)חוק שירות המדינה (סיוג פעילות מפלגתית ומגבית כספים), התשי״ט–1959 – ההוראות הנוגעות לכלל עובדי המדינה;
