20. הוראות מעבר
(א)המועצה לספריות ציבוריות שכיהנה לפי סעיף 8 לחוק הקודם ערב יום תחילתו של חוק זה, תמשיך לכהן עד למינויה של מועצה חדשה בידי השר לפי סעיף 3 לחוק זה.
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף 15, חובת הרשות המקומית לנהל את כספי התמיכה בחשבון בנק נפרד תחול החל משנת 2025.
