2. הוראה בדבר מתן שימוש
מנהל הנמל רשאי להורות על מתן שימוש במרצף לפי תקנות אלה אם הדבר דרוש לדעתו לשם עבודתו התקינה של הנמל, וכן להתלותו או לבטלו, לכלול בו תנאים ובכל עת לשנותם או להוסיף עליהם.
