3. אגרה
הורה המנהל על מתן שימוש במרצף ישלם מי שיוחד לו המרצף למנהל הנמל אגרה בשיעור של 330 לירות בעד כל מטר אורך של מרצף לתקופה של חודש ימים או חלק ממנו.
